I began coming to you hoping to uncover those unconscious thoughts that impede my psychological growth during this incarnation. That process, I hope, will be ongoing.
Much to my surprise, on our 3rd meeting I had a spontaneous cure for my right knee that was always painful with arthritis. This happened 2 weeks ago and I am still amazed. No sharp pains and no aches have returned since that time.

Over the years of working with the criminal justice system I had experienced some horrific situations ~ life at its worst. After I lost my husband to Parkinson's disease, I found I had lost all the color in my life ~ I saw no joy. All I wanted to do was isolate myself, which I did. I put on a brave face outwardly but I was disappearing inside. Why go on?
When Griffin Rain asked me if I wanted to do Hypnotherapy with Past Life Regression, I said YES! Which surprised me. I am a very private person. I almost backed out at the last minute but a gut feeling (which had saved my life several times) wouldn't let me.
I wasn't sure what to expect but I found hypnosis a positive and restful experience. Everything said was confidential. I knew what I was saying as he guided me into my past. It was not invasive in any way but enlightening as I found answers to how and why I was feeling so unhappy. I saw connections that I hadn't seen before.
Every day afterward I felt better and better and the color had returned in my life ~ the sadness and darkness were gone. I hadn't realized how much my outlook had changed, from negative to positive until several people remarked how much different I looked and how much happier I had become.
A further session we worked on my being unable to sleep. I continually woke up several time a night and exhaustion was a way of life for me. This changed the very next night as I had 8 full hours of sleep (well, there WAS one pee break). This was a first in decades for me.
I can truthfully say my experience with Griffin was a life saver for me. It changed my life and attitude 180 degrees.

I had a hypnosis/past life session with Griffin Rain. He made me feel comfortable and safe. His induction was relaxing and easy for me to go into trance. He lead me through the process calmly and safely. I only had one suggestion for him which was to change the word want to invite to give the subject a "choice" not a command. I would feel comfortable recommending him to other people who would be interested and willing to undergo this process.

I contacted Griffin Rain, after he had mentioned to me that he was starting a career in Hypnotism. I was shocked, but knowing he was a multi-talented person, and one who loved helping others, that he would be excellent at it.
My entire life, there were very few times I was ever able to stop biting my fingernails. I despised the results of the aftermath of my attacks on them. I used to do a lot of rebirthing in the 80's (Sondra Ray) and found that very interesting.
Also following another woman Sharon Jeffers since the 70's as I found her methodology relatable.
Thank you again for your time today. I'm feeling more of a realignment with myself and am curious and hopeful for it to deepen over the next while.
BTW, a hiatus hernia is smack dab in your diaphragm!!
